We broadcast the message about the serials review a number of ways - through our dedicated library representatives from each academic department, through our University Library Committee, through the campus newspaper, letters from our Library Director to each of the Dept Chairs, etc.  Leveraging existing contacts and emphasizing the need to make decisions collaboratively with the campus community is key, and in our experience, seems to work fairly well.  What strategies have you used to get your users to provide feedback in a timely fashion?]]></description>
