Brian, thanks for the compliment and for mentioning Adam’s book. We worked together at Penn for several years, and he agreed to be one of the reviewers for a draft of this article. Unfortunately, I had email issues at exactly the wrong time and wasn’t able to get the piece to him in time for him to review it.
