About Ashten Vassar-Cain
Ashten Vassar-Cain (he/him) is an activist whose projects emphasize community memory, lived experience, oral histories, archival research, and a commitment to Disability Justice. Ashten is an MLIS student at Simmons University, concentrating in Cultural Heritage Informatics. He has an MA in Human Rights from the University of Connecticut and serves as the co-Vice President of the Pennhurst Memorial & Preservation Alliance.
