About Miranda Dube

Inspired by a year of service with the AmeriCorps Victim Assistance Program, Miranda has used her first-hand experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence to help raise awareness of library services to this unique population. By reading across disciplines and conducting original research, Miranda hopes to identify best practices for library services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and establish the library as a place of empowerment on the path to recovery. She works as an Adjunct Faculty Librarian in New Hampshire. When not working on library things, you can find Miranda crocheting , listening to the latest psychological thriller, or talking on Twitter about #LibrariansforSurvivors.
