Vanessa Varko Fontana

Vanessa Varko Fontana is a DISARC Lead Coordinator at California State University, East Bay, leading the Latinx Student Success Center and Diversity Inclusion Student Center. Her work in education is rooted in inclusion, social justice, and cultural community building. She brings with her a vast experience in youth development, community organizing, cultural student affairs, and collaborative leadership to the campus community. Since 2022, she has been a co-advisor for the Chicanx Latinx Graduation and has launched innovative cultural programming for the CSUEB campus community.
